COSTA BLANCA NOORD

This Costa is a beautiful Mediterranean coastal strip consisting of 74 sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, lovely coves, natural parks and numerous villages and towns. It has a very pleasant Mediterranean climate with plenty of sunshine. The Mediterranean Sea provides a warming effect in winter.

Properties

Our property offer is split into two regions; Costa Blanca North and Costa Blanca South. The North goes from Denia to the capital Alicante, while the South goes from the capital Alicante to Pilar de la Horadada.

NATURE PARKS

The Costa Blanca boasts beautiful nature, which you can observe in numerous protected natural parks. These parks range from salt lakes to jagged mountains, from a rock rising from the sea to a marshy area with rice plants and water birds. Spring is the ideal season to behold the beautiful flora or maybe you feel more like diving into a natural pool.

THEME PARKS

The Costa Blanca has plenty of theme parks to enjoy with the family. Have the time of your life at the Terra Mitica amusement park or go all out for water fun at Aqualandia. Maybe you prefer to keep your feet on the ground and visit one of the zoos such as Mundomar where you can fully enjoy the wonderful shows.

CITIES & CULTURE

Leave the seaside resorts and discover the beautiful towns and villages the Costa Blanca has to offer. Think picturesque Altea, charming Moraira, varied Alicante and touristy Torrevieja. Feel free to go further inland and discover the countless authentic villages with their beautiful buildings and squares.

WATERSPORT & GOLF

There are countless ways to let off steam on the water. From stand-up paddle, kayak, bodyboard to flyboard. Or a visit to the cable park in Torrevieja? Perhaps you prefer kitesurfing, windsurfing or snorkelling? There is something for every water rat. Furthermore, for golf lovers, there are countless beautiful golf courses. Las Colinas Golf Course is highly recommended.

WALKING & CYCLING

The Costa Blanca features countless routes for both cycling and hiking. The nice thing about these routes is that they take you between mountains, salt lakes, fertile fields or orchards. Or perhaps prefer along the Mediterranean Sea where you can enjoy the warm sea breeze. Your tour will be complete with a nice lunch or break in one of the authentic villages in the area.

Holidays always involve good food. Products such as fruit, vegetables, rice, fish and wine are undoubtedly found in all menus of the region's restaurants. They get the quality of the food from both the sea and their vegetable gardens. Everyone will no doubt be familiar with paellas. These are rice dishes that you can actually taste in different cooking ways. This accompanied by a good glass of local wine, makes your dish complete.
